The growing trend among many big fourth dimension college athletes is to be paid for their serve to the university; the proof of this is evident as there have been many scandals across the nation go out back to the 1970s; i.e. The SMU Death Penalty, The Michigan Basketball Scandal, The Ohio Scandal, and or so recently Nevin Shapiros Ponzi scheme at the University of Miami-(FL). The not unseasoned trend is alarming because the attitude has shifted from, lets not pay the players and punish the universities, to lets compensate the players for their play. collegial athletes generate a lot of money for their respective schools, unless not all athletic programs are profitable, some athletes would arrest more compensation than others, and players already gather up a adequate amount of benefits for their skills; therefore, collegiate players should not be paid for their services to the University.
