Abstract

In Haimes v. Temple University hospital (1986) and Vandevender v. Sheetz (1997), the cases provide us with facts and issues that we are able to analyze and mount critical thinking methods. By identifying the applicable laws we can realise whether the courts ruling in favor of the plaintiff or suspect was an appropriate decision. We can also use the facts of the can to divulge the ethical and legal issues. Based on general aspect I am able to discuss where the cases can be seen as frivolous or if the cases provide substance with regards to the lawsuit. Referring to the judgments I will provide advice as to how legal matters may be avoided.
