The team base was provided to us well before starting the group assignments. withal though I had interacted with all the group members on prior occasions, I had not worked with any adept in a group mise en scene except one member. We undertook a simulation exercise called pass Survival which basically required the group members to have been part of a plane crash in the woods. We as a group did not perform really well in terms of proximity with the expert ranks.
While in that respect is no conclusive way to analyze why the group rankings were not in close proximity with the expert ranking, I value there are concepts from organization behaviour which could explain how we as a group functioned in a particular way, how individual rankings differed from group ranking and how our groups performance could have been affected as a solving.

Based on the interactions and bonding developed over the last 2 months with the batch mates, I think our group as a alone skipped the Forming stage and began directly at the Storming stage.
