Abstract
This report will outline, define, and identify deepens for Synergetic Solutions. When Synergetic Solutions variety shows their focus, Synergetic needs to identify factors to help the variation run smoothly. We will also examine two change models with which we can use as a guide to countenance in the revolution. Last I will examine oppositenesss to change and how to overcome these resistances. Synergetic Solutions is currently a $6 million company (University of Phoenix, 2002). With a target of $12 million in sales in just the next nine months, we take away decided to focus on this networking solutions business to raise revenues to 80% of total sales (University of Phoenix, 2002). Some of these changes include: (1) Redesigning the work environment and organization structure and move to a to a greater extent team-based environment; (2) developing and redefining employees job roles and upgrading h his or her expertness sets for networking solutions; (3) acquiring new automation tools and technologies to enable and rectify teamwork as well as upgrade current employee skill sets or even hire new employees (University of Phoenix, 2002).
