Proposition to Build New Housing in Voca
As the mayor of Voca I want to bring to your attention to a proposal to build a innovative house community. This new community, along the San Saba River, will be able to house oer ccc families. The need for this housing community is because the Carmeuse plant that is already in existence wants to expand and employ an additional 300 employees by January 2014. Our community of Voca would increase greatly by adding a new housing community. Its only 12 miles to the township of Brady, which would deplumate the families overdue to the fact that they could live in a undersize town, just live with access to the bigger town of Brady. Brady has a lake for boating, fishing, swimming, waterskiing, picnicking, and camping (Acheson 191). There argon many other attractions that they would have access to such as restaurants, grocery store, a golf course, and an airport.
I see growth of our town, if we do build this housing community. I need to bring up one inconvenience with expression it though, and that is the problem with the Spotted Tail fathead Rabbit. I know all of you are familiar with this rabbit because our town has its natural habitat of open grasslands and desert scrub (Davis 92).
The building of this housing development may extinct the Jackass rabbit, but because we all know that there is no way that could happen, due to the fact we see them everywhere here. These rabbits are pests and destroy our crops and are competitors for range with our livestock. This is a way that we could rid them from our town, if they do go extinct. These rabbits breed up to 6 times with litters of 1-6 each grade (Davis and Schmidly 94). Due to the fact that these rabbits breed so rapidly I dont believe that it is possible for these animals to go extinct if we build these houses in Voca.
