This report is split into 3 small ones about a spate manufacturing business of cars, a university and a small accountancy practice and how the ideas of 2 theoreticians and/or schools of management apply at them. The first secernate as far as a mass producer of cars is concerned, is about House, with the Path Goal Theory (1971) and Stodgill (1974), with the trait theory. The 2 theoreticians had different views but both can be use to the leadership of organizations. Using a large manufacturing company we put one across shown the importance of these theories.
